Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
Trinetra CRM is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. No browser-automation, no QR-relay forwarding — every message goes through Meta's approved infrastructure, which protects your number from the workaround-related bans common to unofficial bridges. (Meta itself can still rate-limit or restrict numbers for policy violations like low-quality messaging or opt-in breaches — those rules apply to any Cloud API account.)
How much does it actually cost?
Two separate bills. Trinetra software starts at ₹999/mo billed yearly (Starter) and goes up to ₹3,999/mo billed yearly (Pro). Every plan ships with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. WhatsApp message charges bill from Meta directly to your WABA payment method at Meta's published per-conversation rate, with zero markup from us — Trinetra never sits in the per-message ledger.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Setup is a guided checklist: connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's flow, pick a template, and start sending — typically within a working day once your Meta business verification is approved. Our team helps directly during onboarding.
Where is my data stored?
Our primary database is hosted in Mumbai. Some sub-processors (email, analytics, error tracking) operate globally under contractual safeguards listed on the Privacy page. We have implemented the DPDP Act 2023 obligations currently in force — consent capture, data-deletion workflow, and a named Grievance Officer reachable at grievance@trinetracrm.com.
Does it work in Hindi and Hinglish?
Yes. Message templates, quick replies, and product copy are written for the way Indian customers actually type — Hindi script, Hinglish phrases, and English all flow through the same inbox. The app UI itself ships in English by default, with Hinglish as a Settings toggle.
What if I want to leave?
Export your contacts and chat history any time from Settings. No multi-year contract — close your account on your terms; the Refund Policy page explains eligibility before you ever pay.
What if my trial expires?
The 14-day trial runs full-feature on whichever plan you pick — no credit card required to start. Towards the end of the trial we email you with the plan price; if you choose not to subscribe, the account moves to a read-only state so your data stays intact and exportable. You can subscribe anytime to reactivate.
