Is parent broadcast bulk messaging safe under WhatsApp policy?
Yes — provided parents have opted in (which they do at enrolment) and you use Meta-approved utility or marketing templates. Trinetra ships pre-approved templates for fee reminders, attendance pings, and result shares. We don't allow you to send promotional content to non-opted-in parents.
Do you have Hindi templates? My parents prefer Hindi.
Yes. Every shipped template has Hindi, Hinglish, and English variants. You pick the language at the campaign or per-parent level. Custom Indic-language templates (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam) ship in I-04 (Q3 2027 roadmap).
Can I segment students by batch / grade / subject?
Yes. Custom fields are unlimited on every paid plan. Common ones: grade, batch, subject, parent_email, fee_status, last_attendance_date. Broadcasts and drips can filter on any combination — "Class 10 ICSE who missed > 2 classes this week" is a single segment.
How does the fee-reminder integrate with my payment gateway?
Razorpay and Cashfree are wired in (webhook on payment.captured + payment.failed). Once a parent pays, the reminder cadence stops automatically. Other gateways: PayU, Instamojo, PhonePe Business, Stripe — supported via generic webhook + you map the event type once.
