Three things Trinetra CRM commits to in writing.

  1. Your subscription price never goes up while you're a customer.

    Whatever monthly or annual rate you sign up at, you keep — even when the public list price changes. Per-message Meta passthrough rates can move because Meta sets them, but the Trinetra software fee on your invoice is locked to your sign-up rate. If you cancel and rejoin, the new price applies; if you stay continuously, you stay locked.

  2. Direct team support, capped at the first 100 customers.

    For the first 100 businesses on Trinetra, our core team answers personally — chat, email, WhatsApp. Once we cross 100, we hire dedicated support, but the SLA on the page (under under 8 working hours, Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) stays. The 100-customer threshold is concrete: when it lands, this page changes to reflect it.

  3. Two-bill structure stays — Meta charges flow direct, never through us.

    Trinetra never sees your per-message Meta charges. Meta bills you directly at Meta's published rates; Trinetra bills you only for software. We don't sit in the per-message ledger, so there's no place for us to add a markup. This is architectural, not a current-quarter promise — moving away from it would require rebuilding our billing pipeline, and we won't.

Why a two-bill structure?
You pay Trinetra for the software (your plan price) and you pay Meta directly for messages. We never sit between you and Meta on charges, so you can audit every rupee of message cost yourself. It is also cleaner for compliance — Trinetra never holds Meta money.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade is instant with prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle (no immediate refund). You can switch anytime from the in-app billing portal.
How are WhatsApp message charges billed?
Meta bills your WABA payment method directly for every conversation you send, at Meta's published per-conversation rate. Trinetra never holds Meta money and never marks up Meta charges. Service, Utility, Authentication, and Marketing conversations all flow under the same Meta-direct billing — no intermediate Trinetra credits, no per-plan bundles to track.
Is GST charged on the price?
No. Trinetra is currently below the GST registration threshold so the prices shown are final — no GST is added at checkout. You receive a Bill of Supply under Rule 49 of the CGST Rules, 2017 (not a Tax Invoice). When we cross the threshold and register, this FAQ flips to disclose the rate, GSTIN, and Input Tax Credit eligibility in the same commit.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly: 7-day money-back from the date of payment. Annual: pro-rated refund within 30 days; after 30 days, no refund — but you can switch tiers or cancel and keep your exported data. Meta-related restrictions are not refundable (outside our control). Service downtime > 24h gets pro-rated credit on the next invoice automatically.
How does the migration offer work?
Show us your most recent invoice from another WhatsApp CRM, and you get 3 months FREE on your Trinetra annual plan. Apply code SWITCH3FREE at checkout. Limit: one redemption per business.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal, no questions, no retention call. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Data is retained 30 days post-cancellation for win-back, then permanently deleted.
What support do I get?
Starter: email, 48h response, knowledge base. Growth: email, 24h, business-hours chat. Pro: email + chat, 8h, monthly check-in call. For the first 100 customers, the Trinetra team answers personally regardless of plan.
