Will RERA flag the broadcast messages?
Trinetra uses WhatsApp's Cloud API with Meta-approved message templates. Marketing templates require explicit opt-in (per the WhatsApp Business policy), and we never send price-disclosure or lottery-style language without your sign-off. The compliance burden is on the message content you write — we keep the delivery channel clean.
Can I run multiple projects from one account?
Yes. Each project is a label — leads, conversations, broadcasts, and reports all filter by project. The Pro plan adds project-level user permissions so a Bengaluru-launch agent can't see Pune-plotted leads.
How does lead-source attribution work for IndianProperty / 99acres / Magicbricks?
Each portal exposes a webhook (or you forward the lead email to a Trinetra ingestion address). The lead lands tagged with portal name, campaign ID, and ad-set so your Performance Marketing dashboards stop double-counting.
Does the site-visit booking flow integrate with my existing CRM?
