Is Trinetra IRDAI-compliant for insurer-customer communication?
Trinetra runs on WhatsApp Cloud API which uses Meta-approved templates. We ship templates that follow IRDAI advertisement code (no guaranteed-return claims, no "lottery" language, no misleading benefit illustrations). Compliance for the actual content you write is your responsibility — we keep the channel clean and the audit trail complete (7-year message retention).
Multi-agent for branches — who sees what?
Branch-level segmentation is first-class. Each agent sees only their branch's customers by default; branch manager sees the full branch; head-office compliance and audit roles see everything. Permissions live on user roles, not on "trust this person".
Can grievance officers pull message history for IRDAI grievance reports?
Yes. Conversation export gives you a PDF with timestamped messages, sender attribution, attachment manifest, and a SHA-256 hash for integrity verification. Designed to support IRDAI grievance redressal workflows; specific format compliance is your team's call.
