Will the widget slow my website down?
No. The script is ~3KB gzipped, lazy-loaded, deferred. It does not block first paint. We test on Lighthouse against a clean baseline before every release.
Do I need a developer to install the widget?
For most sites no — paste a one-line script tag in the head. WordPress/Shopify/Squarespace have native plugins. Custom React/Vue sites get a 3-line component.
How does the QR know which lead came from where?
Each QR has a unique short code in the deep link. The link opens WhatsApp with a hidden tracking parameter. When the customer messages, our backend matches the code → source. No login required, no cookies.
Can the landing-page builder host my page on my own domain?
Yes — point a CNAME to landing.trinetracrm.com and we serve the page at offers.yourbrand.com. SSL is auto-provisioned via Let's Encrypt.
